CTC Tea, Black Leaf Tea, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Licorice, Ginger, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Clove, Fennel, Ajwain, Pipli, Star Anise, Javitri, Cumin, Fenugreek, Tulsi, Nutmeg, Turmeric, Flaxseed, Brahmi, Ashwagandha.

Brewing instructions:

• First bring water to a boil. If adding sugar, do so now.
• Add 1 teaspoon per cup (180ml) to the boiling water.
• Always add milk last and boil for 3-4 minutes.
• Cover with a lid and wait for 1-2 minutes before straining into cups.
